Student Information System (SIS)

SIS will be your most useful website.  Some features of the SIS website include:

• Register for Courses- Follow the prompts to register for a course.  For detailed registration instructions, click on "help".
   
• Search for a Course to Take- Search the timetable for each semester by subject.  You can narrow your search in several ways e.g. By day or time of day.
   
• Show Details About a Course- Check here if you know the number of course but need details such as time, place and prof...
   
• Check Your Progress Towards Your Degree (Degree Audit)- This document is a list of all the requirements of your degree. As you take courses, they are checked off on the audit.  When you have all the requirements checked off, you have a degree!  Every semester check the audit to see what courses you need to take and after you register, check to be sure that new courses are on the audit.  For more details check "DARS Explained" at www.uwindsor.ca/registrar.
   
• Check Effect of Changing Your Program- This function will re-arrange your courses to fit the new program's requirements.  This may help you in make the decision but always see your academic advisor before making any changes to your program.

• View Account Details- View your current account balance.  Click on the current semester to view any payments and charges made to your account.  You can easily pay your tuition by going back to the main menu and clicking "Pay your account by web banking" and following the prompts.
