Disciplinary Decisions

This portion of the AIO website provides access to all full-text disciplinary decisions by the University’s Judicial Panel, Student Affairs Judicial Panel, or Discipline Appeal Committee. The decisions are organized by academic year. Privacy is maintained in that students’ names and most witnesses’ names are not disclosed. If a case is listed but the decision is not available, that usually means the matter is in progress and the decision will be posted soon.
