As of December 2009 (Winter 2010 semester) we have branched off to our own system. To request a transcript for courses taken prior to December 2009, please refer to the SIS system or Registrar's office www.uwindsor.ca/sis or www.uwindsor.ca/registrar. For courses taken on or AFTER December 2009 (Winter 2010 semester) please follow the instructions below.
We are in the process of automating our transcript process. In the meantime, to obtain an official transcript to be sent to an institution showing your completed Additional Qualifications, please email us the following:

Once we receive your payment, an official transcript will be mailed to the location indicated.
NOTE: The AQ Department will be moving to the Centre for Executive and Professional Education at 245 Ouellette Ave, Suite 301, N9A 7J4. For immediate requests for transcripts, until further notice, please continue to contact the Faculty of Education.
In order to print your T2202A tax receipt, please go to: https://web2.uwindsor.ca/aq and log in using your E-mail address and Password. Once you are logged in, there will be a tab in your account that says Tax Receipt.
If you forget your password, click the Log In button and a Forgot password link should pop up for you to follow.
If you can no longer access your email account please contact us and we can reset your email address.
PLEASE NOTE: Tax receipts will be available by the end of February each year.
