How To Apply

l.   Complete the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid Form (FAFSA)
     at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
     The University of Windsor's school code is G06689

ll.   Receive a Student Aid Report (SAR)

lll.  Complete the appropriate Direct Loan Master Promisory Note (MPN).
         Subsidized/Unsubsidized and/or PLUS

     
lV.  Complete the appropriate Direct Loan Entrance Counseling. 

      
V.   a) Complete the Estimated Financial Assistance (EFA) Disclosure Form
          (Undergraduate and Graduate student loan applicants)

      b) Complete and submit a Financial Aid Release form  and
           Estimated Financial Assistance (EFA) Disclosure Form (Canadian
           & American Dual J.D. Program loan applicants)

      
Vl.  Notify the Student Awards and Financial Aid office via email
      at award1@uwindsor.ca when you have completed all the necessary steps
      so that your eligibility for Direct Loan funding may be assessed.
