Our Office Hours

Room 1124, Lower Level, Faculty of Education Building

*Please Note* For your convenience, a secure drop box is located just outside the lobby area of Student Awards and Financial Aid and is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Our office hours are:

Monday -       9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday -      9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday -    9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday -         9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

*Phones are answered between 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. daily with the exception of Wednesday when phones are answered between 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• We will attempt to return messages and emails within 2 business days where possible.
