Building Blocks for Better Babies offers a relaxed atmosphere to learn and share with other pregnant women and new moms.

Gift Certificates & Health Snacks

To help make sure you have enough food for a healthy pregnancy, BBBB provides weekly $10 food gift certificates as well as a nutritious snack following our health education classes.

Vitamins

Have you talked to your doctor about taking prenatal vitamins during your pregnancy? If so, BBBB can provide you with a voucher for one free bottle of prenatal vitamins. Ask us about this on your first visit. BBBB also provides one voucher for a free bottle of Vitamin D for your breastfed baby.

Health Information

Registered Dietitians and Public Health Nurses at BBBB provide FREE weekly group classes at our three locations. Staff are available before and after classes to address individual and personal questions in a confidential manner.

Parent's Aid Program

An early literacy program is available for preschool children attending with their mother. Children will enjoy stories, songs, and crafts with our Parent’s Aid volunteers.

Prenatal / Postnatal Fitness

Staying active during your pregnancy will help you to feel good. Weekly fitness classes with a certified prenatal fitness instructor kicks off our program at both of our Windsor sites.
