| BALLROOM/ LATIN DANCING INTERNATIONAL | |||||

This course will provide you with the opportunity to learn the graceful modern ballroom dances such as the MODERN WALTZ, TANGO, and FOXTROT, as well as most popular hottest Latin Dances as SALSA, CHA -CHA-CHA, and SWING / JIVE. The course provides the foundation dance components, base timings/rhythms, key foot patterns and essential leading and following techniques. We start with basic partnering and single steps, and advance to more difficult steps and variations. It is a necessary social grace that fills a need in both the business world and on a personal level. Have a fun and great workout! A partner is helpful but not mandatory.
