Cycle Fit

CYCLE FIT CLASSES

This effective cycling program integrates energizing music and spinning lead by a certified instructor. It is an exercise that is adaptable to any fitness levels - from beginner to advanced. Cycle Fit is great for cardio training, which can burn more calories.

Cycle Fit: Indoor cycling class that includes a variety of athletic and rhythmic drills, climbing hills, and speed intervals.

Cycle Fit +: A 60 minute class that combines cycle fit training for cardio and resistance training for upperbody and core strength.

Heart and Soul: 40 minutes of cycle fit interval training for the 'heart' and 20 minutes of pilates and yoga stretching for the 'soul'.


DROP IN

Drop into any of our timeslots and try a spin class! If you decide to purchase a pass, you can put it towards a spinning pass.
 

DROP IN FEE:$5 (*Note: Unlimited pass holders have priority.)

Cyclefit Conditions:

Sign up is on a first come, first serve basis. 12 people maximum per class

To guarantee a spot in a class, you must sign up at the Service Desk 30 minutes

prior to the class start time. A 5minute grace period will be given to those who

reserve a spot. Phone calls will be accepted to reserve a spot.  We reserve the

right to cancel a class in the event of instructor illness or absence.
