Canterbury College offers a unique atmosphere to students attending the University of Windsor. We have a total of 12 furnished houses/townhouses/pods that are furnished and three apartment building that offer unfurnished one-bedroom and studio apartments. All buildings are non-smoking and smoking of anykind is strickly prohibited anywhere on Canterbury College property.
Residents in the houses, either all male houses or all female houses, each have their own individual bedroom and shared use of the common space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms are available only in our pod accommodations in Canterbury Commons.
Our apartments in Canterbury Commons, Geoffrey Fisher Hall or Parker House Suites are unfurnished and included a bedroom, kitchen and dining area, living room, and a bathroom. Fridge and stove are provided. Some units in Parker House and Canterbury Commons have dishwashers. All utilities and WiFi are included in our rental cost. Parker House Suites and Canterbury Commons apartment have central A/C and a window A/C unit can be provided as needed to apartment in Geoffrey Fisher Hall at an additional $25 monthly Energy Surcharge.
