DESKS AND CHAIR FOR 60 PERSONS IN EACH ROOM.
OUR FULLY EQUIPPED COMMERCIAL KITCHEN IS AVAILABLE AT AN
ADDITIONAL COST - PLEASE ENQUIRE.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 JANITORIAL FEE PER RENTAL FOR SET UP
AND CLEAN UP.
KITCHEN FEE FOR FOOD YOU BRING IN - $100.00 (FRIDGE, COFFEE MAKERS AND TEA KETTLE ONLY - DISPOSABLE PLATES AND CUPS ONLY)
A MANDATORY INSURANCE FEE OF $50.00 PLUS $4.00 TAX WILL BE
CHARGED FOR ALL RENTALS. UNIVERSITY AFFILIATES MAY BE EXEMPT.
