Regular Office Hours (September to April)

Monday to Thursday: 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Friday: 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Summer Office Hours (May to August)

Monday to Thursday: 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.
Friday: 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Christmas Break  or Labour Day Weekend
 

Instructions for students moving in during the break:
If you are arriving after our office has closed for the holidays and have informed us in advance, your keys will be available for pick-up at the University of Windsor, Campus Police office located at 487 Sunset Avenue.The University of Windsor Campus Police is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and you must show an identification to get your keys. After picking up your keys please proceed directly to your house. The street address and room number will be on the envelope that contains your keys. The larger key will be for the outside entry door of the house and the smaller key will be for your room. Some students will have a very small third key which is for your kitchen cupboard.
