The Office of Career Development and Experiential Learning, in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, invite you to take part in the annual Engineering Career Fair. We look forward to welcoming your organization to campus for this event.
The Faculty of Engineering offers programs designed to develop professional competence and prepare students to solve the technical problems of society and the global environment. With 1,197 undergraduate students and 2,552 graduate students studying in our state-of-the-art facility, including more than 80 R&D labs, our graduates are ready to embark on a successful career with your organization. Join us for this exciting opportunity to meet and recruit our Engineering students.
Cost
Registration Type A - Up to 2 Representatives + 1 Vehicle - $200 + HST*
Registration Type B - Up to 4 Representatives + 2 Vehicles - $300 + HST
*Due to the volume of students expected to attend, we recommend at least 2 representatives attend.
Registration deadline is March 1, 2024. Space is limited, please register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
Registration Includes:
- Table with chairs (table sizes and styles vary - set up may include 2 smaller tables, or 1 larger table)
- Electrical connection at table for up to 1 CPU and 1 monitor
- Parking on campus
- Morning refreshments, including coffee and tea
- Lunch for paid representatives
- Wi-Fi access
- Advanced promotional material, including website and on-campus promotion

9:00 am - 9:45 am Exhibitor Set-Up and refreshments available
9:45 am - 10:00 am Faculty of Engineering Event Kick Off
10:00 am - 12:30 pm Career Fair – Morning (Faculty of Engineering students visit booths)
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm Exhibitor Lunch Break
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Career Fair – Afternoon (Faculty of Engineering students visit booths)
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Exhibitor Tear Down
