Acceptance of your payment DOES NOT constitute or imply approval of your registration for academic or residence purposes. You must follow the appropriate procedures with the Office of the Registrar and/or Residence Services. The Balance Due printed on a Student Statement of Account represents your financial account at the time of printing, and does not reflect academic changes or payments received after that date. If you have made changes or payments, see the Student Web for your current balance and remit immediately.
Mailed payments may take up to 10 days to arrive and be processed. They are credited to your account on the date RECEIVED in the Cashiers' Office.
Electronic banking payments may take up to 72 hours for the bank to authorize the transfer of funds. Electronic payments are credited to your account the date the bank transmits the funds to the University of Windsor.
