Support Our Efforts

Variety of scientific research images layered over DNA helix

Fundraising constitutes part of the critical spadework required to establish CCAAM as the Canadian leader and nexus to develop and validate human biology-based platforms to advance alternatives to animal testing.

Timely gifts will enable us to launch in full force our Research, Academic, and Regulatory pillars through national and international academic, industry, government, and public partnerships.

CCAAM Funding Priorities:

  • Laboratory Equipment
  • Human Disease-in-a-Dish Research Projects
  • Academic Program Development
  • Non-Animal Chemical Safety Testing Projects
  • Postdoctoral & Doctoral Fellowships
  • NETCAL Fund (Network of Canadian Alternatives Laboratories Fund—funds to be awarded to CCAAM academic partners across Canada through competitive peer-review for projects congruent with the CCAAM mission)

With the CCAAM Animal Replacement Wall of Fame, we will provide lifetime recognition for the pioneering benefactors who will support us lay the CCAAM financial foundation by June 2019.

Every donation—large or small—will make a difference to us.

Your support of CCAAM/CaCVAM will establish your legacy as a guiding force behind our success story—advancing human medicine and safety testing while ending animal suffering.

Together, we will pave the way for future generations to have safe and effective medicines and the platforms to do biomedical research, education, and chemical safety testing with the highest ethical standards.
