Student's Choice Award

Student's Choice:  Outstanding Supervisor Award

Following every work term, students from all co-op disciplines are invited to nominate a co-op supervisor who has demonstrated exceptional qualities and has gone above and beyond the call of duty by providing an outstanding co-op learning experience.  The Centre for Career Education recognizes only one supervisor or supervisor team per work term with this honour.

The Student's Choice:  Outstanding Supervisor Award is awarded based on several different criteria including:  the quality of the work experience of the student and the degree to which the supervisor acted as a mentor and was committed to enhancing the student's knowledge and development.

A Business Administration co-op student nominated Ms. Kupnicki, from ENWIN Group of Companies, and commented that she provided leadership, encouragement and mentoring skills.  The co-op student praised her inspiring attitude and drive, as well as her work ethic.  Ms. Kupnicki also demonstrated her interest in the student's long term growth and development by providing professional advice and ongoing support.
