Volunteer Internship Program
The University of Windsor recognizes the merit of providing our students with valuable work experience while assisting the community.
The Centre for Career Education introduced the Volunteer Internship Program (VIP) in September 1994. Every semester since the introduction of the program, we have had 100 Arts & Social Science, Business Administration and Science students available for placement within social service and not-for-profit organizations through the Windsor - Essex community!
It is the mission of the program to provide students with the opportunity to gain career related transferable skills; explore employment in their field of study; and to provide students with an opportunity to get involved in the community.
