Sustainability begins at the design stages of the project. At Amico, our projects teams work with architects and engineers to incorporate green building concepts and philosophies into the overall design of the building.
As an example of its dedication to building green, Amico employs full time LEED credential holding personnel that work at implementing environmentally sustainable practices within the company and on our construction projects. Amico is a registered ENERGY STAR® for New Homes Builder. Using this program, the company can save clients 20 to 30 percent in energy usage when compared to conventional home construction.
