These three HK students are working at the Trigenics Physio-Rehab Centre in Toronto.  The Centre has both a clinical practice and a learning institute for practitioners to enhance their skills through workshops and seminars. Most significantly, the clinic is home to the Trigenics Myoneural Medicine (Frozen Shoulder Cure & Treatment) facility that patients visit from all over the world for the Ground-breaking OAT Procedure offered by Dr. Oolo-Austin!

Nathaniel Hailu’s experience has offered him an opportunity to assist in Marketing and Research Divisions at the clinic which is a very different experience than he expected but one that he’s getting so much professional growth & development out of doing. He has been exposed to a professional and fast-paced medical clinical environment, learned how to interact with health care professionals in the field and connected with many others in his field of study while promoting the courses offered by the Institute. “This work term has enabled me to gain experience in a medical environment, which is the main reason I was excited about the co-op experience. I’m hoping to pursue a career in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic medicine, so this was the perfect opportunity for me to “get my feet wet.”

“I have had the pleasure to work alongside some of the best health care practitioners in the world and I cannot be thankful enough for the many lessons I have learned through this co-op experience. It was truly remarkable to witness disabled patients suffering from pain and limited mobility for years, regain nearly their full range of motion in their shoulder after just one 25-30 minute procedure with Dr. Oolo. To have been a part of that process is something I will proudly talk about for years to come!”
