DMDAi, an established firm of professionals located in Windsor, Ontario.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, the versatility and suitability of our approach, and our ability to satisfy the needs of our clients.  Founded in 1994, the firm is comprised of Michael R. Di Maio, Principal Architect, and a staff that includes Graduate Architects and Architectural Technologists combining extensive design abilities, presentations, cost-estimating, and construction administration experience.

Experienced in both new construction and renovation work, our portfolio shows a wide range of design and construction endeavors integrating concept, function and cost-effectiveness.  Further, it bears witness to many skills available to our clients including: new building design, master planning, renovation work, feasibility studies, historic renovation, interior design, space planning, project phasing, landscape design, and graphic work in any media.

The coordination of external resources and consulting teams with our in-house facilities, allows us to offer comprehensive architectural services ideally suited to the needs of each project.  Consultants are selected to ensure that their expertise provides the ideal fit for any given design challenge.

We are particularly proud of our successful record of cost control.  From preliminary estimates to completed construction, budgets are carefully monitored throughout the project; with prompt attention paid to cost options and analysis during construction.  We have an established cost control database which is applied to each project.

The schematic design, construction drawings and specifications, and administration of the construction contract are critical to a project's success.  We acknowledge this fact.  In addition, we offer a very high level of commitment and care to every project.  In the end, the firm seeks to create lasting architecture through the production of innovative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions fo each client.
