Engineering at UWindsor

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Windsor focuses on providing high-quality student education, pursuing innovative research, and fostering a dynamic educational experience. Our Faculty has enjoyed many notable successes, both by our students in a variety of high-profile competitions, and by our faculty and staff in achieving world-class funding and recognition.

The Facuty of Engineering currently offers Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Master of Applied Science (MASc), Integrated BASc/MA Sc, MEng and PhD programs at the undergraduate and graduate level in addition to executive education and professional programs.

Our students play an important part in building the world of tomorrow and in maintaining the world of today. Our unique climate of co-operation between academic, business and industry sectors gives students access to state-of-the-art engineering facilities and outstanding career opportunities.

The engineering programs at the University of Windsor are designed to develop professional competence, and by breadth of study, to prepare students to solve the technical problems of society and the global environment. All Engineering undergraduates tackle the fundamentals in a common, first-year program: mechanics, graphics, electricity and magnetism, chemistry, mathematics, computer-aided design principles, and communications.
