In Phase 1, the architectural precast was erected.  Several pieces at a time were brought from the supplier on special transport trucks.  Each piece was prepared for erection, then lifted and carefully connected to the building exterior.  The installation of mechanical ductwork and electrical wiring continues in this phase.  The erection of metal stud for partition walls has begun.  The slab on grade in the Industrial Courtyard has been poured and the roofing will begin shortly.

 In Phase 2, the progress on concrete beams and columns continues.  The concrete walls and the floor in the large auditorium has been completed.
