Obtaining an Official CEPE Continuing Education Transcript

CEPE Continuing Education transcripts are available at a cost of $10. Transcript requests are completed through a two-step process:

1. Order your transcript through our online portal.

2. Please send an email to either (for AQ students) or (all other students) containing the following information:

  • Name and phone number
  • Location to which you would like the transcript mailed
  • OCT Registration Number (if applicable)
  • A file# to help the receiving institution cross-reference your transcript (if applicable)
  • If you require courses completed prior to Winter 2010 to be included on the transcript (if applicable)

Requests will not be processed until payment has been received.

To most expediently process your request, we recommend that payment is made by credit card during the initial checkout process.

However, if this is not possible, you can pay by cheque or money order made payable to the University of Windsor

Alternatively, payment via credit card can also be accepted after initial checkout by completing the Credit Card Transaction Form (PDF format), and emailing or faxing this form to our office. The fax number for our office is 519-256-8572.

Please note that if you experience difficulties executing this transaction online, you may call our office to request a transcript at 519-253-3000 ext. 6734.

Once our office receives payment and the specific information indicated above, an official transcript will be mailed to the location specified.

NOTE FOR TEACHERS: If you have Additional Qualifications credits previous to Winter 2010, and require this information to be included on the transcript, please alert us to this fact during your request and we will make sure those courses are included.
