Technician visualizes sweater win

Stephanie Parent, an audio-visual technician in the Centre for Teaching and Learning, won Monday’s DailyNews quiz contest and the prize of a beautiful shawl-collar cardigan sweater.

Parent’s entry was drawn from all those which correctly identified Lancer alumnus Daryl Stephenson as a member of the Grey Cup champion Saskatchewan Roughriders, Joe Comartin as a three-time winner of a “most knowledgeable MP” poll on Parliament Hill, and Lynsay Sands as author of Single White Vampire, Tall Dark and Hungry, and Vampires are Forever.

To help celebrate the University of Windsor’s 50th anniversary, DailyNews will run a contest at the beginning of each week, offering a prize donated by the University Bookstore. Today’s prize, a woman’s sweater in 100 percent cotton bearing the UWindsor logo, is available for purchase from the Bookstore kiosk in the CAW Student Centre at a cost of just $45.99.
