Info meeting to recruit members to service club

A meeting on campus Friday, July 25, will provide information for those considering getting involved with the University of Windsor Rotaract Club.

The club operates under the auspices of Rotary International for UWindsor students and alumni between the ages of 18 and 30 who are dedicated to community service. Besides a dynamic addition to your résumé and leadership skills prized by employers, it offers opportunities to meet new people and make friends.

The club is currently seeking to fill these executive positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Events, Director of Communications, Director of Public Relations, and Director of Membership. Find more information on the club, including what each position entails, in the Rotaract handbook. To apply for an executive post, submit a résumé to rotaract@uwindsor.ca by July 25.

Friday’s meeting begins at 2 p.m. in the International Student Centre on the second floor of Laurier Hall.
