Video testimonials share student experiences

A series of videos produced by a team from Student Recruitment and the Department of Communications, Media and Film shows what current students are saying about their UWindsor experiences.

Produced by Naomi Pelkey (BA 2015), the videos are used at high school visits across the country, at events like the Ontario Universities’ Fair and in communications with prospective students.

“They really give a feel for what students can expect when they choose the University of Windsor,” says Lionel Walsh, assistant vice president for North American recruitment. “We are excited to have these available to our recruiters as they fan out across the province to speak with prospective students.”

The videos have taken months to script, shoot and edit. So far, 12 have been published on the University’s YouTube channel, but eventually the team hopes to produce one representing each of its academic programs.
