Financial aid officers in town to hear about changes to student assistance

Hosting colleagues from across the province is a chance to share best practices as well as network, says Marian Doll, director of the UWindsor student awards and financial aid office.

The University has partnered with St. Clair College in organizing the annual conference of the Ontario Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, May 10 to 12 in downtown Windsor. The association will assemble about 175 members who oversee scholastic and need-based student assistance programs at colleges and universities in Ontario and Quebec.

“With all of the changes that are coming to the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), we look forward to this opportunity to receive updates from ministry representatives,” says Doll. “We are very pleased to be co-hosting this event with our financial aid colleagues from St. Clair College.”
