The organizer of a competition for undergrad and graduate students hopes to enlist faculty in identifying research projects on energy conservation and renewable energy.

Tanya Basok, UWindsor environmental sustainability advocate, invites students to showcase their work through the Green Future Competition. A panel of experts will judge submissions — video, audio, or text — and award cash prizes worth $500, $300 and $200.

“I am reaching out to faculty to encourage their students to enter the contest,” Dr. Basok says. “It is the most efficient way for us to find those who are taking on appropriate projects deserving of recognition.”
