Nancy McMahon won Monday’s DailyNews quiz contest and its prize of family admission to the Lancer football home opener, Sunday on Alumni Field.

Nancy's entry was drawn from all those which correctly noted that Noah Akharoh, Courtney Ellis, and Lekan Idowu represented the Lancers in the 2017 East-West Bowl; that special teams coach Vince Flamia is a 2010 UWindsor B.Ed grad; and that the new Cavalry Club has formed to support the football program.

The Lancers will host the Waterloo Warriors to kick off the 2017 season August 27 at 1 p.m. Nancy will receive four tickets to the game, as well as two vouchers for ice cream bars from the concessions stand.

All UWindsor staff and faculty are eligible for the same deal for just $25, available at the ticket booth or by phoning the Lancer box office at 519-253-3000, ext. 2447. For all others, gold seat tickets are $15; general admission is $12; and youth and seniors get in for $10. UWindsor students are admitted free with valid ID.
