Concert to raise funds in memory of voice teacher

A concert Sunday, October 1, will honour the memory of Catherine McKeever (BMus 1994), a UWindsor voice instructor who died in October 2012. Alumni and faculty of the School of Creative Arts music program will join colleagues and friends in the tribute at 2:30 p.m. in Assumption Hall’s Heritage Auditorium.

The Catherine McKeever Memorial Concert program will include performances by Amelia Daigle, Kate Reynolds, Lesley Andrew, Sara Fontaine, Jennifer Swanson, Bruce Kotowich, Elspeth Maynard, Amber Tomlin and Leah Wilkinson; a duet featuring Brianna DeSantis and Adam Iannetta; and the trio of clarinettist Trevor Pittman, soprano Erin Armstrong and pianist Joanna Henderin.

Admission is by donation to the Catherine McKeever Voice Scholarship, which provides financial support for current and future voice students in the School of Creative Arts.
