Presentation to promote microfinance as avenue to economic development

Jim Louttit’s passions are his two children, six grandchildren, golf, and microfinance. President of the Rotarian Action Group for Microfinance and Community Development, he will discuss the last in that list in a presentation Monday, October 1, at the Caboto Club.

The event is one in the Centennial Speaker Series celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Rotary Club of Windsor chapter 1918.

Louttit is president of JVL Global Corp, a financial services consulting company specializing in microfinance. He previously worked for the international banking division of Scotiabank, holding executive offices in El Salvador and Peru.
