The Lancer men’s hockey team will face off against the Guelph Gryphons on the road Thursday, Feb. 14, to open a best-of-three series in the first round of the Ontario University Athletics post-season.

Thursday’s game begins at 7:30 p.m. and will be webcast live by OUA.tv.

The Lancers will be home in the friendly environs of the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex for game two, Saturday, Feb. 16, at 7:30 p.m.

A deciding game three, if necessary, is back in Guelph at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Women’s hockey will close its season Saturday, playing the Western Mustangs at the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex. The puck drops at 4 p.m.

Varsity basketball will host the Algoma Thunderbirds for contests in the St. Denis Centre on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 15 and 16. The women play at 6 p.m. both nights, and the men meet at 8 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday.

The curling teams will compete in the provincial championships this weekend in Waterloo.

Lancer volleyball will meet the Nipissing Lakers in North Bay on Saturday, and the York Lions in Toronto on Sunday.
