The Presidential Search Committee held a retreat and meeting in early February in preparation for going back out to the market in search of the Seventh President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Windsor.

It was a productive meeting where new and continuing members of the committee were able to refresh key documents to the process; review last year’s process to identify areas for improvement; and set the agenda for the ensuing search.

Advertisements for the Seventh President and Vice-Chancellor are being finalized and will be placed in a variety of media shortly. Our consultants, Laverne Smith & Associates Inc. will begin seeking applications. Suggestions of individuals that might be approached to determine their interest in being considered for the position are welcome and may be submitted to Laverne Smith & Associates Inc. at Windsor@lavernesmith.com. All suggestions, including any associated documentation, will be held in strict confidence and reviewed only by Laverne Smith & Associates Inc., which will follow-up on suggested names as appropriate.
