As part of the University of Windsor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ask.UWindsor.ca is a customer service platform designed to help UWindsor constituents quickly find information.
They can search the knowledge base articles for answers to commonly asked questions, live chat with a current student, or submit a question for a staff member to answer. Built-in workflow management directs inquiries to the appropriate UWinsite Service user and facilitates behind-the-scenes collaboration so accurate and timely responses are received by constituents.
Given the functionality offered by ask.UWindsor.ca, areas on campus that serve prospective students, applicants, current students, or alumni are asked to consider incorporating the platform into their web presence.

In addition, the University community is invited to use UWinsite Service by:
- Accessing ask.UWindsor.ca as a resource for answering constituent questions that are outside their own area’s scope of expertise;
