Nominations are now open for a member of the University Senate to sit on the Board of Governors for a term to run September 2020 through August 2023.
The University of Windsor Act provides for “four members of the teaching staff elected by and from the members of the Senate,” to sit as members on the Board of Governors.
Current representatives and their respective terms include:
- Patti Weir, until Aug. 31, 2022
- Vincent Georgie, until Aug. 31, 2021
- Chris Houser, until Aug. 31, 2021
Members of Senate must submit nominations by email to Danny Anger (angerd1@uwindsor.ca) by 3 p.m. April 20. Voting will take place by secret ballot in the following weeks.
