Student all business in contest win

Business student Eric Mui won Monday’s DailyNews quiz contest and the prize of a beautiful stainless steel travel mug donated by the University Bookstore.

Mui’s entry was drawn from all those which correctly identified Jens Hanson as the composer of Duplexity for viola solo, Prelude on Aberstwyth, and A small entertainment with which to enliven a Sunday afternoon; Brent Lee as the composer of All of my sleep is dreaming, General Brock in Detroit for brass ensemble, and Turbulent flow for flute and live electronics; and Paul McIntyre as the composer of A blues for Martin Luther King, The loneliest piano, and How the White House got its name.

To help celebrate the University of Windsor’s 50th anniversary, DailyNews will run a contest at the beginning of each week, offering a prize donated by the University Boookstore. Today’s prize, a 15-oz. stainless steel tumbler-style travel mug emblazoned with the UWindsor logo, is available for purchase from the Bookstore kiosk in the CAW Student Centre at a cost of $16.95.
