Session to offer suggestions for branding a new venture

Every new startup, venture or project will require some sort of branding. A free public session November 29 will focus on how trademarks can influence branding strategy and considerations for startups when developing their brands.

Jenna Wilson, a lawyer at the firm Dimock Stratton, will lead “What’s in a Name? Examining the Intersection between Branding and Trademarks,” in the Joyce Entrepreneurship Centre.

The Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre) will host the event as part of its lunch and learn series. It starts at noon and registered attendees will receive lunch. Register on the centre’s website.
