Sonatas to span centuries in fraternal recital

Compositions by Johannes Brahms, Claude Debussy, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Jean-Marie Leclair are on the program for a recital in Assumption Hall on Friday, March 3, pairing brothers violinist Michael Adamson and pianist Philip Adamson.

“Violin Sonatas of Three Centuries” promises no sibling rivalry. Philip Adamson is a professor of music in the UWindsor School of Creative Arts while Michael Adamson pursued solo, chamber and orchestral performance parallel to his business career.
