Conference to promote integrating nursing theory and practice

Hundreds of nursing professionals, academics, and students will gather in Windsor for the Great Lakes Biennial Nursing Conference, November 2 at Caesars Windsor.

The event will feature 29 presentations and 22 posters exploring the theme “Integrating Research, Theory, and Practice to Advance Informed Decision-Making in Nursing.”

Milisa Manojlovich, professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Michigan, will deliver a keynote address on her research to advance patient safety by improving communication between physicians and nurses in hospital and ambulatory care settings.
