Academic Integrity

Student Disability Services is guided by the principle outlined in University of Windsor Bylaw 31 (Student Affairs), which delineates the manner in which students of the University of Windsor are required to conduct themselves. Students writing exams with Student Disability Services must conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the objectives and purposes of the University of Windsor. Any student at the University of Windsor whose conduct is improper (that which exhibits a lack of integrity regarding the educational objectives and requirements of the University) must be disciplined appropriately in the interest of safeguarding and upholding these standards. Further, Bylaw 31 lists examples of misconduct for which students are subject to university discipline. Students who demonstrate signs of misconduct while writing exams with Student Disability Services will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the sanctions listed in Bylaw 31.

Additional information is available at the Academic Integrity Office website. Students in the Faculty of Law should also refer to the Faculty of Law Policy Statement on Student Discipline.
