Exam Registration Deadlines (Fall 2009)

If you are registered with Student Disability Services and are planning to write any exams with us, you must submit your completed SDS Exam Schedule Form to our office by the deadlines noted below. To allow us to serve you best we strongly encourage you to complete this process as early in the semester as possible.

Final Exam Registration:
Friday, November 13, 2009, at 4:00 PM is the absolute deadline to register with Student Disability Services for any tests and examinations scheduled for the Final Exam period which begins on December 12, 2009.

Mid-term Registration Deadlines:
Seven (7) days notice is required for all Mid-terms, quizzes and tests that are scheduled with Student Disability Services for any Fall Semester classes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These deadlines are firm. Students requesting to schedule exam accommodations after these deadlines will be subject to a $50.00 late scheduling fee.

Note to Law Students:
Law students are not required to file an Exam Schedule Form with Student Disability Services, as we work collaboratively with the Faculty of Law to facilitate the accommodation process for exams.
