Exam Registration (Summer 2012)

If you are registered with Student Disability Services (SDS) for any of the 2012 Summer Semesters, and are planning to write any exams with us, you must schedule your exams using the SNAP online scheduling system before noted deadlines.

Students are required to provide 7-days advance notice when scheduling to write any exams with SDS. In other words, the deadline for scheduling tests/quizzes/exams with SDS is now 7 days prior to the date you wish to schedule. Please note that SNAP will not allow you to schedule an exam if that deadline has been missed.

For your information, the University of Windsor's schedule for Summer (2012) final examinations is as follows:

Intersession: June 21-23
Summer Session: August 18-24
12-week Session: August 16-24

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 7-day deadline for exam scheduling is firm. Students requesting to schedule exam accommodations after this deadline will be subject to a $50.00 late scheduling fee. Students who are registered with Student Disability Services are required to schedule their exams on-line using the SNAP scheduling system. SNAP will allow students to conveniently schedule, cancel, or re-schedule tests and exams online. Students are strongly encouraged to complete this on-line process for exam scheduling as early in the semester as possible. It's simple.
