Writing tests/exams with Student Disability Services

If you are eligible to receive exam accommodations from SDS it is your responsibility to submit your exam schedule online using the SNAP Exam Scheduling System

The use of assistive technology/software as an approved exam accommodation can only be authorized after students have demonstrated proficiency in its use

You must schedule any test/midterm with SDS FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR to the scheduled test/midterm.

You must schedule all final exams with SDS before the final exam deadline date for the semester

You must inform SDS of any changes in scheduling related to tests, midterms or final exams within the specified time period. This can be done online using SNAP

Students who are late for exams or do not show for an exam will be subject to a $50.00 Proctor Service Fee.

Exams scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the SIS will begin at 6:00 if they are to be written in SDS.

Student Disability Services is NOT responsible for any missed communication between students and our office, nor for any student errors in the scheduling process
