
Our innovative Honours Certificate Program has been designed for Engineering, Computer Science or Physics graduates from Canadian and Internationally recognized universities. The Honours Certificate Program provides a pathway to further career advancement by providing courses and a recognized route to upgrading previous academic attainments to the high levels required for entry into graduate programs.
Total courses required: Eight
Major requirements:
(a) a minimum of 6 courses from our 4th year elective courses
(b) a maximum of 2 courses from our 3rd year and
(c) a maximum of 1 course from 2nd year
All selected courses should not be from courses, subjects or topics that were part of the applicant’s undergraduate studies.
To qualify for the certificate, students will be required to successfully complete all 8 courses at the University of Windsor. No transfer credit will be considered for this certificate.
Canadian applicants must have earned a BASc degree from an accredited Engineering program or a BSc degree from Computer Science or Physics.
All International applicants must apply from a recognized institution with the GPA of mid to upper second division (class) and above.
All international applicants must satisfy the University of Windsor language requirements for an undergraduate degree.
For current or returning University of Windsor students, please complete the Returning Student Application Form (located through the Student Information System) and submit it to the Registrar's Office.
For new students, please submit your application online to the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
