The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Windsor focuses on providing high quality student education, pursuing innovative research, and fostering a dynamic educational experience.

Our Faculty has enjoyed many notable successes, both by our students in a variety of high profile competitions, and by our faculty and staff in achieving world class funding and recognition. At the same time, we recognize the ongoing and future issues faced by our and many other Canadian institutions, such as resource challenges and continually improving our educational methods.

Our establishment of the WINONE Office for First Year Engineering, our current curriculum redesign initiative, and the upcoming Centre for Engineering Innovation are only some of the examples we are pursuing.

Our Faculty has put forth a plan of action for the 2006 to 2011 Five Year Planning cycle to both enhance our strengths and address our weakness.
