Why Foreign Aid Fails

The Institute for Liberal Studies (liberalstudies.ca) and EWB Windsor Chapter (uwindsor.ewb.ca) presents a talk by Dr. Matt E. Ryan (matteryan.com) entitled "Why Foreign Aid Fails?"

An Assistant Professor of Economics at Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University, Dr. Ryan runs the Economic Research Colloquium and teaches courses in Principles-level Micro- and Macroeconomics, Global Economics and International Economics.

He will discuss the issues surrounding developmental aid and its flaws, and a question and answer session will follow.
