The Council of Ontario Universities operates a daily Inter-University Transit System (IUTS) for all universities in the province. Please note that personal mail and hazardous materials cannot be transported using this service.

While the University no longer prints a physical campus directory, it does maintain an Online Directory. Please direct any questions to the IT Services Helpdesk at Extension 4440.

The Custodial Services Department (Housekeeping) periodically schedules offices for cleaning. To make a request, or for further information, phone Extension 2480.

Note that conference registrations and/or travel tickets purchased using a corporate travel card can be reimbursed immediately. Expenses charged to your personal credit card cannot be reimbursed until after the event.

Several discounts are available to qualified University employees:

  2. The bookstore discounts books by 10% (off list price) and offers educational discounts on software. Phone Extension 7018.
  3. Monarch Office Supply Inc. offers University discount pricing on home and office supplies. Contact Purchasing at Extension 2081 for details.
  4. Campus Pharmacy waives co-pay fees and administers a 10% discount for faculty and staff. Phone Extension 3644 to reach the Pharmacy.
  5. Faculty are entitled to Canadian Association of University Business Officers rates on hotels and rental cars.
