Undergraduate and Graduate Calendars

Please consult the University Secretariat's Undergraduate and Graduate Calendars page to access current and prior calendars. These online calendars are the University's official calendars.

The calendars are comprehensive guides to all programs and courses available at the University of Windsor. They outlines academic regulations and standards, program degree requirements, and general University policies for all programs aside from Law.

The University of Windsor publishes both undergraduates and graduate web calendars on a semester basis (Fall, Winter, and Spring).

Note on policy:

Should academic rules and program regulations change, students may follow the rules and regulations set out in the calendar of the term in which they were first admitted to the program. Alternatively they may also follow the rules and regulations outlined in any subsequent calendar.

Note of caution:

Please be aware that when you search for University of Windsor calendars online, what you find first may not be the current calendar. Always check the date before using a calendar you find online. The easiest way to make sure you’re using the current calendar is to follow the above link to the Secretariat's landing page.

Note for American and international faculty:

The noun "calendar" is used here to refer to a document containing a comprehensive list of courses offered at the University, plus accompanying registration information. While this usage is understandably confusing, know that this is standard practice at Canadian postsecondary institutions.

Note: This site is a living document, the goal of which is to improve, in some small way, the working lives of University of Windsor faculty. We are eager to collaborate with the campus community to better this service over time. If you can identify any knowledge gaps, missing resources, or outdated or erroneous information on this site, please contact Iva Gentcheva, Director, Office of the Provost and Faculty Recruitment, without hesitation.
