The Manager, University Budgets is responsible for administering and monitoring budget policies as established by the University’s Board of Governors. The incumbent is responsible for the development and maintenance of the University’s operating budget.

- Administration and control of the University operating budget
- Management of the Budget Department
- Liaison with academic and administrative units
