  • Black bean and quinoa stuffed zucchini in tomato sauce

Vanier Hall Lunch 11 am - 1:30 pm

  • Bruschetta pork chops
  • Pot roast of beef with a beer & mushroom sauce
  • Falafel
  • Black olive & sundried tomato friatta
  • Grilled cheeseburgers or veggie burgers

Marketplace Lunch 11:30 am - 2 pm

  • Sweet & sour pork with side
  • Beef pot pie with onion jus & side
  • Perogies with sour cream, bacon & onions with side

Vanier Hall Dinner 5 - 7 pm

  • Roast leg of lamb with rosemary jus
  • BBQ side ribs
  • BBQ chicken
  • Grilled vegetable quesadilla with smoked gouda mango chutney
  • Spaghetti with metaballs
  • Penne a la vodka with bacon, prosciutto, onion
