Biology and Biotechnology

  • The investigation of biological systems at the cellular, organism, and/or population levels
  • Use living cells and materials produced by cells to create products for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, agricultural, and environmental applications
  • Includes hands-on learning of sophisticated laboratory techniques and addresses ecological, medical, and ethical aspects of this field

(plus 70% secondary average)
Mean Admission Average: 85%
Requirements:

ENG4U, MHF4U, SCH4U and SBI4U required. MVC4U is strongly recommended. SPH4U is recommended.

 

Science second average is the average of all attempted science and math courses.
